Nutritionists use professional formula software (such as Brill or Format) to input all collected information.

Based on the animal's nutritional requirements, the nutritional content of the raw materials, and their price, they set various constraints (such as upper and lower limits for nutritional indicators and limits on raw material usage).

The software uses linear programming to calculate multiple formulas that meet nutritional requirements and optimize costs.

Nutritionists, drawing on their practical experience, fine-tune and optimize the software-generated formulas, focusing on amino acid balance, electrolyte balance, and energy and nitrogen balance.

The preliminary formula must be reviewed by the Technical Director or a senior animal nutrition expert to ensure safety, scientificity, and feasibility.

The reviewed formula, expected results, cost analysis, and proposed price are presented to the client for detailed explanation and communication.

Final adjustments are made based on client feedback, and written confirmation is obtained.

Clearance

Before production, the production line (especially the feed silo and mixer) is thoroughly cleaned to prevent cross-contamination between different products.

Precise Feeding

Utilize a precision metering system to ensure accurate addition of trace ingredients, especially vitamins, minerals, and pharmaceutical additives.

Uniform Mixing

Ensure sufficient mixing time to ensure uniform distribution of all ingredients in the feed.

Sampling and Testing

Samples are collected and tested during production and after final product production to ensure that key product parameters (such as crude protein and moisture) are consistent with the designed formula.

Deliver customized feed products on time and complete export inspection and other required customer procedures.

Technical service personnel will follow up with customers, providing guidance on proper storage and feeding procedures, and observing the animals' initial feed intake.

Establish  a long-term tracking mechanism, regularly visit customers, and collect production performance data (such as feed intake, daily weight gain, feed-to-meat ratio, egg production rate, and health status).

Compare and analyze actual data against target targets.

Based on breeding results and market changes (such as raw material price fluctuations), maintain communication with customers to continuously optimize and adjust formulas for dynamic customization.

We will assign a dedicated account manager to meet with you to fully understand your needs and introduce our services and capabilities.

Product: Custom formula or standard formula? Target nutritional indicators?

Packaging: Provide a design or have us design it for you? Determine packaging specifications (e.g., 40kg/bag), material, and style.

Order: Estimated initial order quantity and long-term plans.

1. Product formula and nutritional indicator forecast.

2. Preliminary packaging design (if required).

3. Detailed quotation (including raw material costs, processing fees, packaging plate production fees, packaging material costs, etc.).

After both parties confirm the proposal and quotation, we sign a formal "Contract for Processing" or "Brand Customization Contract."

You pay the deposit as agreed in the contract (usually 30%-50% of the total order amount), and we'll immediately begin production preparations after receive deposit.
